About me

I am a PhD student at the Aerosol Physics Laboratory of Tampere University. I completed my M.Sci. degree in 2016, in the Energy and Environmental Engineering Program of Tampere University of Technology.

I began working on my PhD by developing and testing particle sensors meant for long-term monitoring of atmospheric aerosols. This work is still on-going, but currently my focus is on measurement methods for black carbon emissions in the BC Footprint project.

In addition to research, I am a member of the planning group for the Doctoral Program of Natural Sciences (TLTO) and I work in the student physics laboratory a few hours a week.
