Responsibilities
I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre for Immersive Visual Technologies (CIVIT) research infrastructure in the ITC Faculty. My tasks include:
- coordinating services for students, researchers and companies
- maintaining and developing the infrastructure and equipment
- interacting with stakeholders and hosting visitors
I also work as a researcher in projects in the Tampere Unit for Computer-Human Interaction (TAUCHI).
Fields of expertise
Human-computer interaction, multisensory interfaces, haptics, olfaction, virtual reality.
