Dr. Janne Ruohonen is Professor of Business Law (University of Eastern Finland) and a part-time University Lecturer in Business Law (Tampere University). He is also Adjunct Professor (docent) in company law at the University of Turku. Dr. Ruohonen's research interest is focused on business law, especially company law and audit law. His doctoral thesis dealt with limited liability company's profit distribution and solvency test. He has also written articles about companies' auditing. Ruohonen also actively gives lectures about business law (in English / in Finnish). He is member of Law and Tax Committee of Tampere Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2015-).
