About me
I am a doctoral researcher in Gender Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In my research, I analyze the inequalities that women entrepreneurs-who use research/knowledge-based innovation- face because of gender. The aim is to bring out the women entrepreneurs' experiences related to structural and interactional constraints in research and knowledge-based entrepreneurship. I examine the women entrepreneurs' experiences related to structural and interactional constraints in research and knowledge-based entrepreneurship in Finland and Turkey. My study contributes to understanding such women's experiences from a cross-cultural perspective by using the theoretical framework of doing gender and postfeminist ideas.
