There is close cooperation between our degree students and enterprise partners. Students participate in cooperation projects, implement service and product development projects and consult in team organisation and participatory coaching projects. Practical trainings and theses are completed in both Finnish and international enterprises. In our international degree programmes, students work in genuinely multicultural environments from the beginning of their studies and gain strong competence for working in international teams.
At TAMK Proakatemia, students learn together. They establish team enterprises where learning is interwoven with customer projects and product development.
Business administration and hospitality management students do varying projects for enterprises and the school’s strong and long-term competence is used for coaching people who study while working. TAMK’s Catering Studio offers enterprises a diverse product development laboratory and event facilities with flexible services.
