Learning Outcomes
After the Course the student has gained knowledge and an understanding of the three major roots of African architecture: indigenous, Islamic and Western. Student has gained knowledge and an understanding of the foundations of African philosophy and its concepts of space and time. Student is enable to identify and explain why there are various forms of African architecture. Student is enable to identify and classify the origins and types of African cities.
