Learning Outcomes
| - | After completing the study module, a student is able to |
| - | recognize the application potential and limitations of microactuators and microsensors, |
| - | use and select microactuators and microsensors in micromachine applications, |
| - | explain the operation principles of various microsensors, |
| - | understand system identification methods and to apply them in micromachine applications, |
| - | explain the operation principles and components in hydraulic, electro-mechanical and active material servo systems, |
| - | compare and analyse hydraulic, electro-mechanical and active material servo control systems in time and frequency domain, |
| - | write technical reports and scientific publications and give technical presentations in English. |
