Principles and baselines related to teaching and learning

Course is based on Morgan's (2006) book Images of organization.

Learning outcomes

Course is an introductory module to organization theory. It covers the main theoretical approaches to organizational behavior and analysis. After completing the course, the student 1) can distinguish the main perspectives within organization theory 2) understands the possibilities and limits of various theoretical approaches, 3) can evaluate substantive management themes from a theoretical metaphors.
