Requirements

Participation in the exercises, an essay, and a lecture diary. Instead of the lecture diary, a final examination may taken. In that case, the exercises and the essay should be taken normally. Note: In the link "Tentti" in the "Course specific exams" above, it is mentioned that the exam is mandatory. This is true only if the lecture diary is not written. (We'll try to remove the "mandatory" flag from there).

Objectives

The course provides the basic knowledge of computational methods used in systems biology.

Content

Evaluation criteria for the course

Points obtained from the requirements (exercises 20%, essay 40%, lecture diary / examination 40%).

Numerical evaluation scale (1-5) will be used on the course
