Content of the course
Multimedia is more than video quality, compression and user interface design. Humans shall be embedded and surrounded by services, with transparent software, where they ever go and in their private environment - simply "ambient and wireless". This course is dedicated to innovative service design, pervasive computation, business models of innovative services, future visions of multimedia, ambient multimedia and ubiquitous computation.
Requirements
Presentation in digital format about provided course materials, and presentation of an example innovative service. Active participation.
Literature
Litterature in printed and electronic form will be available through the course web-page.
Information on prerequisites
Basic knowledge in multimedia.
